INGREDIENTS

  • 100g dry quinoa
  • 50g chia
  • 10g of sesame seeds
  • 200g almond pieces
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 6 dates
  • 40g honey
  • dried fruits, to taste. (Raisins, blueberries, coco,…)

PREPARATION

  1. We soak quinoa in water for minimum 1 hour. Then we wash them well and clarified. We leave to drain well.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. In a food processor or mixer, We grind chia and sesame seeds until they are as flour. reserve.
  4. We introduced into the mixer Quinoa, bananas and dates and grind for a few seconds until a well integrated and homogeneous mass.
  5. In a bowl put the two premixes, first step 3 and then step 2. Add almonds, honey and dried fruits with a spatula and mix everything.
  6. In a baking tray, we line with greased baking paper and with a little virgin olive oil. Add the dough and stretch it with the spatula or your hands.
  7. We baked for 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool and take room temperature when we introduce it into the refrigerator for a few hours.
  9. And finally we can only cut into sticks and you're ready to enjoy!
