Today we will give a Mexican touch to our dish and of course, He could not miss the guacamole.

As usual, We take the guacamole with corn or the like triangles, but with this recipe no longer do you need, will our fill on a broken / breeze and ready mass.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 shortcrust dough sheet or breeze.
  • 250g chickpeas and cooked.
  • 1 large avocado or 2 little ones (preferably mature).
  • 1 small tomato diced.
  • 1/2 small onion cut into cubes.
  • 1 handful of cilantro.
  • The juice of half a lemon.
  • Pepper to taste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1g agar powder (O 4 gelatin sheets).

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. We put our shortcrust dough sheet on a mold, leaving edges on the side and will dried chickpeas inside (on the mass) so that the dough does not take air through the center or side collapsing when in the oven.
  2. With a preheated oven at 180 degrees, We put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until we see the edges doraditos.
  3. On the other hand we are preparing the filling. In a blender add the chickpeas, avocado, the coriander, lemon juice and season. We grind everything well.
  4. Add the diced tomato and onion and mix with a spoon.
  5. Finally heat a little water (as a splash, just so we can dissolve the agar agar powder), and bring to boil, mixed with agar agar powder and once dissolved add to our above mixture and stir well.
  6. With our pastry and out of the oven, we pour the mixture “guacamole” and we took the refrigerator for a few hours.
  7. Get a little before serving to be temple.
