Quinoa three delights
Our proposal this week Quinoa is a delicious three delights. Keep in mind, as usual, you can change and vary the vegetables to taste.

Quinoa INGREDIENTS three delights
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 Y 1/2 cups of water
- 4 and diced carrots
- 250g cooked peas
- 3-4 eggs
- Äôve (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Salt to taste
- Sweet and sour sauce
PREPARATION
- We put water in a pot (2 Y 1/2 cups), Quinoa and salt to taste, medium heat until the quinoa will leave a white ring around the grano.Reservar.
- On the other hand in a saucepan with water will carrot with water covering, over medium heat until the carrot is soft. Reserve.
- We prepare an omelette with eggs, one Plover AOVE and desired salt. We cut it into pieces. reserve.
- Escurrimos clarify and peas. reserve.
- In a bowl add all previously prepared and reserved, We add sweet and sour sauce to taste and to the table to eat 🙂
As you see is very easy to prepare and an alternative to classic three delights rice.
