Today we bring you a video beet hummus recipe, besides being very rich it has a spectacular color, with two presentation ideas for your table to be successful in these holidays.

 

Ingredients for beet hummus

  • 1 cooked beets
  • 400g cooked chickpeas
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini or sesame seed paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 15g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

 

Preparation for beet hummus

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend at high speed for about one minute.

Note: The hummus for subsequent submission must be dense, but if you want to prepare to serve this hummus prefer such and make it more unctuous can add a little more AOVE and / or water.

 

Puff flower

 

Ingredients for hummus and zucchini flower

  • 1-2 rectangular sheets of pastry
  • 1 medium zucchini cut into thin slices
  • Beetroot hummus

PREPARATION

  1. We stretch of the sheets and and divide the dough in 4-5 rectangles.
  2. We spread the hummus on each of the rectangles.
  3. Laminates placed courgettes zucchini leaving half and half on the mass air. For more detail see the video.

  5. On a baking cupcakes or muffins, we spread oil and we placed flowers puff.
  6. With a preheated oven at 180 degrees, introduce the tray for about 40 minutes.

 

Mandala puff

 

Ingredients for hummus Mandala

  • 2 round dough sheets breeze (puff can be also)
  • Beetroot hummus
  • 1 yolk (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. We stretch one of the dough sheets breeze and smeared on it the prepared hummus.
