Pizza dough GLUTEN, pea flour

Today we turn to bring a pizza dough gluten and cereal flours, this time with peas.

INGREDIENTS pizza dough

  1. 250g Dried green peas MIAU

  3. 85g of beer or water

  5. 1 egg
  6. Pepper (to taste)

PREPARATION

  1. We peas in a food processor or powerful robot and grind at high speed for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the yeast and mix a few seconds.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for 1 minute. If you have no kneading function perfectly you can do it manually.
  4. We extend our dough on baking sheet and introduce in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, during 7 minutes.
  5. We remove from the oven and put the ingredients that we like: Ketchup, cheese, vegetables,… We introduced back into the oven for 7 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve and enjoy.
