Buckwheat noodles with lentils

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g ketchup
  • 400g cooked lentils
  • 250g buckwheat paste (or the one you like the most)
  • 80ml vino tinto
  • Cured cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pasta on one side following the instructions on the package. If you cook the buckwheat pasta, the cooking time will be about 8 minutes.
  2. On the other hand in a casserole we put the tomato sauce, Red wine, oregano and basil and put some 5 minutes to reduce a little, this will depend on how thick your tomato sauce is.
  3. Then we add the lentils and mix, we leave the fire for a few more minutes and that's it.
  4. We place with the pasta and on top the preparation. previous and with a potato peeler we make some slices of cheese and put it on top.
