INGREDIENTS

  • 40g extra virgin olive oil
  • 75g black Chocolate tablet cut into pieces (We've used has 70% cocoa and is sweetened with stevia)
  • 50Nuts g quartered

Preparation for cooking red beans

  1. We put the beans to soak for 12 hours.
  2. In a pot, which you normally heap up, we threw the beans and water to cover, or a little more and cook as usual. (We use a pressure cooker, high heat until the rings and then up to a minimum during 10-12 minutes).
