vegetable terrine

Today we bring you a vegetable terrine it is death and is always a hit at the table. As easy to prepare as to finish it ?.



  • 2-3 garlic cloves.
  • 400g cooked lentils.
  • 30ml water.
  • 30g red wine.
  • 1 cdta. will.
  • 1 tablespoon sweet and spicy paprika. (read note below)
  • 80g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

  1. Put in a blender all ingredients and blend at medium speed for a few seconds and upload at full speed for 1 minute.

Note: The amount of sweet or spicy paprika depend on how you like spicy dishes. We have put a tablespoon in total, Half of paprika sweet and spicy paprika half, but this can change it to your liking.
