  • 3/4L Vegetable Broth
  • 200g Miau Legourmet cooked chickpeas
  • 170g Round rice MIAU
  • 3 medium potatoes cut into chunks
  • 250g mushrooms coarsely chopped
  • 1 Trickle of AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 2-3 saffron
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • fresh thyme


Baked rice


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a casserole put a dash of AOVE, the mushrooms, garlic and chickpeas. We put in the oven 10 minutes and stir a few times in that time.
  2. We take the pot furnace to add broth, the potatoes, rice, saffron and thyme and put in the oven 20 190th minute or until reduced broth.


And, just two steps and was finger lickin!!
