Noodles with vegetables and curry sauce

You can not imagine how rich is this curry sauce. It is thin and smooth, although we have prepared the vegetables like cauliflower with, carrots and broccoli, It supports many other ingredients.

 

INGREDIENTS noodles with vegetables and curry sauce

  • 200g noodles MIAU
  • 300g mixed vegetables cooked (In this case we used a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot)
  • 20cl fresh cream
  • 300ml of cooking cream
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (or to taste)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 handfuls of toasted almonds
  • Grated cheese to sprinkle on top (It can be any kind of strong cheese, Grana Padano, Parmesan,…)

PREPARATION

  1. We cook pasta one hand and booked.

  5. We assemble the dish with noodles, over vegetables and almonds, We pour the sauce and sprinkle grated cheese.
