Cocoa mousse cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 dates
  • 100g tangerine juice
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 Greek yogurt (125g)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 spooneed the chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Frozen raspberries for garnish

PREPARATION cocoa mousse

  1. We tangerine juice and dates in a processor or blender at maximum speed and grind a couple of minutes. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, We put coconut milk, yogurt and cocoa and beat by hand to mix the ingredients well without lumps.
  3. Add the date mixture prepared in step 1, chia seeds, cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate in the fridge for a 6 hours.
  5. After this time, We draw from the refrigerator and grind the mixture in a blender or food processor until uniform and serve in cups. refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. We get frozen raspberries and com hands make small pieces and place them just above the cups when we go to serve.
