Vegan chocolate muffins

Today we bring you a video recipe for vegan muffins, without egg and with an incredible texture.



  • 8 pitted dates
  • 180g water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of water
  • 200g flour comprehensive
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 80g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 100g chocolate chips pure



  1. In a bowl we put the dates with 180g water and vanilla powder and leave a 10 minute soak.
  2. In another bowl put chia seeds along with 1/2 cup of water and let hydrate for about 10 minutes, at least.
  3. While, in another bowl mix flour with cocoa powder and booked.
  4. The contents of the two bowls we left to soak (paso 1 Y 2) we crush on a robot for 1 minute at maximum speed or until a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Add the latter to the reserved mixture of flour and cocoa, together with the oil and mix with a spatula.
  6. Once we have achieved a homogeneous mixture, add chocolate chips and mix.
  7. I deal in muffin cups and carry preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove and cool.


As you see it is quite simple, we have replaced the eggs soaked chia seeds, which would amount to about 5 eggs about.
