Nougat chocolate with crunchy lentils

A crunchy nougat chocolate and lentils? that's, it is spectacular, and no one will notice that you are lentils unless thou not tell. You want to know how we have prepared?


Go for it!



  • 100g lentils
  • 250g of dark chocolate to melt
  • 250g of black chocolate to the 80% cocoa
  • grated 1 mandarina



  1. We put the lentils in soak overnight.
  2. Lentils scurried to the next day and extend it on the baking sheet. Introduced to the oven for 30-40 180 minutes. Until crisp or jump start as popcorn. reserve.
  3. Heat the chocolate in the bath and when dissolved add orange zest.
  4. Finally we add crunchy lentils and mix.
  5. Pour onto a mold and put it in the fridge for a few 3 hours.
  6. We unmold and ready to cut and enjoy 🙂
