PREPARATION

  1. In a food processor, we put the lentils and grind at maximum speed for about 1 half minute or until flour stays.
  2. Preheat oven to 170ºCE
  3. in a bowl, Lentil flour mix, and the remaining dry ingredients, that is to say, everything but water and oil. Stir well to integrate all.
  4. Add the water and oil and mix with hands or a shovel until a homogeneous mass.
