Cocoa biscuits with chickpeas

Today we bring you some cookies made with chickpeas, and, and, you read that right. As you can see in previous recipes legumes can be also great for a sweet and especially food ingredient makes it very healthy and nutritious.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Garbanzo milky dry
  • 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
  • 80g chocolate tablet (We used one 70% cocoa sweetened with stevia)
  • 50g oats
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. We soak the chickpeas overnight.
  2. Escurrimos chickpeas and put in a food processor or mixer. We grind until it runs a mass.
  3. Add bananas, cocoa, bananas and cinnamon and grind until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  4. Add the oats and chocolate into small pieces and stir with a spoon. We can reserve a few pieces of chocolate to put over each cookie.
  5. In a greased cookie sheet with a little oil, We're making cookies, either by hand or using a mold. There are no thick. Above, optionally, we can add a few chocolate chips and oatmeal flakes for garnish.
  6. We introduced in the preheated oven to 190 °, during 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool at least a 20 minutes.

 

Ready for a good breakfast or a more than healthy snack 🙂
