Chia pudding and coffee

Chia this recipe we give you some ideas for your breakfast, snacks and why not, for a healthy dessert.

Chia seeds stand out for their omega-3 content and fiber, but to absorb nutrients from these seeds properly we must apply some techniques such as soaking or crushed. In this case we will prepare a pudding very simple and is very rich.

INGREDIENTS per serving

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds (see here)
  • 75g coffee prepared
  • Stevia or any other sweetener to taste. (Optional)
  • A teaspoon of vanilla or cinnamon scent. (Optional)
  • 1 Greek yogurt, soy, coconut, or that we like.
  • For the topping got a bit of hummus cocoa (you can see the recipe here) and some raspberries.

 

Preparation of the chia pudding and coffee

  1. We put in a glass coffee with seeds and sweetener and / or flavors, If we decide to put. We stir well and we took it to the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Once it cooled, We will remain as a gel. We yogurt over last layer topping that decidáis, in our case the hummus cocoa.
  3. We garnish with a raspberry or other fruit that we like and presto!

 

 

As you can see is a super quick and easy recipe and the taste of coffee in the form of gel mixed with yogurt is spectacular.
